Two Ways to Engage

Full Independent Investigations

For serious, sensitive, or high-profile matters, including complaints against executives, department heads, and senior leaders. Amy handles the matter from intake through a written report with clear, well-supported findings.

Intake Investigations

Focused pre-investigatory work that organizes a matter early. Amy conducts the initial intake, frames the allegations, identifies witnesses and documents, and gathers preliminary information. The work is packaged so your attorney or private investigator can take it from there, reducing the time and cost of their involvement.

Working Directly With You, or Under the Direction of Counsel

Amy works directly for employers in states where that is permitted. Where state law requires it, or where an organization prefers it, she works at the direction of the employer's legal counsel. We confirm the right structure for your matter during a confidential intake conversation.

Why Operational HR Experience Matters

Investigations do not happen in a vacuum. Amy brings decades of employee relations, labor relations, executive advising, and HR operations experience to every matter, while keeping fact-finding neutral. She understands how findings will be used and what decision-makers need from a report.

For Public Agencies

Amy has investigated matters for more than 30 public agencies nationwide. She understands the governance, labor, documentation, and public-accountability considerations that come with government investigations.
